April 5 Build Day

Drywall on the ceiling continues….

A great, large crew of young hands made great progress. Both second floor ceilings are almost finished!

By completing the drywall on the second floor ceilings, the attic will be able to be insulated at the same time as the walls, which are due to be done by a professional contractor some time soon. Insulation will be blown in (wet cellulose?)

    I had so much fun that day. I’m the one with the green sweater. This was a very great experience and I can’t express the happiness that I felt in knowing that I helped build a house for someone who really needs it.
